faq + shipping

  • where is my confirmation email?
please make sure you use a valid email address with your order and also check your spam folder!

  • can I change my order that I've already placed?
If your order has not been fulfilled yet we are able to make adjustments, please contact us with your order number at [email protected].

  • what does preorder mean?

products that have preorder in the title/description are products that will not be shipped until a later date. usually these products are produced based on how many orders are received and the shipment time frame can be found in the description.

when you place an order with a preorder item, the whole shipment is held until every item in your order is available.
if you would like your in-stock items to ship first, you will need to place a separate order.

orders are processed within 3~5 days of purchase.
 
  • what shipping options do you provide?
first class letter via usps for print/sticker orders, if you would like tracking please add it to your cart.

orders including acrylic charms/stands will have tracking already included.

  • when will I get my order?

* estimated arrival times after being shipped out:

usa: 1 week
canada: 1~2 weeks
international: 2~4 weeks

DUE TO COVID: While orders ship out in within 3~5 business days, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping transit times, and 5-8 weeks for international orders!

  • do you ship to the UK?
we are currently NOT shipping to the UK due to VAT laws, which can be very complicated. this is also why shipping price for the UK is insanely high. sorry!!!

  • what if my order is taking a while?

if your order has tracking, please check that for updates.
once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of usps or your respective mail carrier in your area.

unfortunately, i do not have control over shipping times, especially during the current pandemic around the world, so shipping times may be even longer than usual.
so please order accordingly with your schedule/ahead of time!

  • what if my order is lost or doesn't arrive?

if you didn't receive your order and I get it sent back to my PO Box, I'll be reaching out for another address that I can try and send it to!
unfortunately i cannot accomodate to lost/un-delivered orders at this time.

  • I put in the wrong shipping address. Can you update the address?

please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and the correct shipping address at [email protected]. If it hasn't shipped yet, we will change it and send you another email to confirm the change.

if your order has shipped already, we are unable to change the address at this point. if your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, a secondary shipping charge will be invoiced to you to ship out the parcel again.

  • my order was incorrect/damaged in transit
if your order has been damaged in transit or contained incorrect items please send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery so we can help.

please include your full name, store order number, and photographs of the incorrect or damaged goods. unfortunately we cannot offer replacements or refunds 30 days past delivery.
